Binding pricing and terms are set out in the written estimate or work order we issue after we have measured your project on site (or after we have agreed in writing to work from your own measurements). The signed written estimate or work order is the controlling document for any job we perform, and it supersedes anything discussed via the Site .

All content on the Site—including text, photographs, illustrations, graphics, logos, designs, and the “Accurate Glass” name—is our property or used with permission and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws .

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACCURATE GLASS, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE—INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION—EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES .

Our total liability arising out of your use of the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) . This limitation does not apply to any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, and it does not affect the warranties that apply to work we perform under a signed estimate or work order .

9. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules . Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts .
